How to connect to the Wi-Fi
It takes less than a minute. There are two ways in, on the same page: an employee uses their Microsoft work account; a visitor types a voucher code. After the first sign-in the device stays connected for 30 days with nothing to repeat, and keeps going as long as you use the network. If you stay away from it for more than 30 days, just sign in once more.
Employee — sign in with your Microsoft account
- Connect to the company Wi-Fi network.
- The sign-in page opens by itself. If it does not, open the browser and try any website — the page appears.
- Tap "Sign in with Microsoft".
- Type your work e-mail and password.
- Approve the MFA request in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Done: "Connected!". For the next 30 days it is automatic.
New device, no mobile data? The Authenticator approval may not arrive on the first sign-in. See "The approval never arrives" — it takes 10 seconds to solve.
Visitor — sign in with a voucher
- Connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- On the sign-in page, type the code the front desk gave you.
- Tap "Connect" → "Connected!".
The code expires. When it does, ask the front desk for a new one.
Something went wrong?
The Authenticator approval never arrives
It happens on a new device (a reset phone, a freshly installed laptop) that only has the company Wi-Fi and no mobile data. Microsoft's page asks you to approve the notification, but it never arrives — because the notification needs open internet, which the device does not have yet. The 6-digit code does not: it is shown inside the app itself, with no internet.
- On the approval page, choose the link that says you can't use the Microsoft Authenticator app right now.
- Choose the option to use a verification code.
- Open Microsoft Authenticator, read the 6-digit code and type it on the page.
"Invalid session" after tapping Microsoft
The small sign-in window sometimes loses its way. Close the window and reconnect to the Wi-Fi — it reopens clean and sign-in works.
"Access denied" after signing in
Your sign-in worked (it is not a wrong password), but your account is not allowed on this network yet. Ask your company's IT team to grant you access.
The sign-in page does not open
Open the browser and try any website (for example http://example.com). The sign-in page appears. On iPhone and Android, reconnecting to the network usually reopens it too.
Still stuck? Ask the front desk (visitors) or your company's IT team (employees).
